Description
- Understand and apply standard project management principles
- Champion training and implementation of improved Agile and business processes.
- Utilize a wide range of processes, tools, and use metrics to track and improve performance.
- Provide data driven analysis of business processes and help implement improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Perform tasks requiring in-depth knowledge of business domain targeting process efficiency and improvement
- Confer with client executive management to define the client's strategic business information technology goals and advises in the reengineering of business processes to meet those goals.
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to efforts within program.
- Responsible for supporting and coaching existing Agile project teams, and facilitating successful completion of project activities and objectives.
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
- Act as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- May provide daily supervision and direction to business process reengineering team, or high-level consulting input
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and eigtheen (18) years or more experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and fifteen years or more experience.

- Must have demonstrated capability for oral and written communication
- Specialist in Agile processes
- Extensive knowledge of data center sustainment and operations
- Extensive experience in software development.
- Exercises independent judgment within a specific area of responsibility.
- Experience in adapting functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must pass active Secret Clearance
- SCRUM or Agile Certification
