Location: Warren, NJ
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5 - 7 years of relevant IT and business/industry work experience including SDLC management

and infrastructure planning and/or operations

• Proven leadership experience in managing client relationships (internal/external)

• Strong understanding of IT environments, technologies in relation to business needs

• Proven practical experience with analysis and/or support to IT business processes

• Strong project management skills, including ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks

simultaneously

• Experience in initiating, conducting, and facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders, and

ability to translate the results and issues at hand to the business and to the IT teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills

• CBAP certification strongly desired

• Experience in working in an Agile Development environment

• Experience is Commercial Insurance is preferred but not required
