University Hiring Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program in the Fall.
  • Internship Work Period: Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June. Specific start dates are shared during the recruiting process.

Primary Function of Position:

Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) – Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) team is seeking a Business Analyst who will report into Sr. Product Manager, PLM.

Primary Function of Position –

  • Work with various Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory stakeholders and analyze, PLM Capabilities, identify optimization opportunities, draft to-be process and requirements, review with Product Manager and make required updates for streamlining and finalizing requirements, coordinate approvals for quarterly business capability demands.
  • Partnering with IT on communicating requirements and Business test case scenarios. And collaborate on various stages of systems development as applicable to launch end to end PLM Solution.
  • Research and identify scope for improvement areas on PLM demands prioritization.
  • Collaborate on identification and automating Business PLM Regression Test Scripts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with end-to-end Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply chain processes and Capabilities knowledge of Engineering BOM & Part types used in PLM.
  • Familiarity or capability in designing business processes and creating requirements to build software applications that supports PDM (Product Data management) and PLM.
  • Ability to identify, review and create Business test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity of Automated Testing process and tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Familiarity with Medical Device or Pharma or Life Sciences manufacturing domain is a plus.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training

  • Current enrollment in a Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering or Computer Science MBA degree-seeking program at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
  • Understanding of Product Lifecyle Management domain. And awareness to platform applications like Oracle Agile/ Cloud PLM, PTC Windchill, Dassault Enovia.
  • Ability to operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced Regulated environment.
  • Capacity and Energy to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to listen, understand and present information in a clear and concise manner to various technical, business stakeholder, and mid-level leadership audiences.
