Your Role:
Support Business Partners in Supply Chain analysis (i.e. gross margin analysis, inventory monitoring, cost assessments, and forecasting as well as budgeting production costs). Perform Capex investment analysis such as NPV, IRR, and Payback, coordinate with group functions such as Tax and Treasury to obtain approval, and be responsible for the final Controlling Statement. Conduct variance analysis over various production sites of Semiconductor solutions across US & Asia to explain relationships between operational performance and financial results for various business reviews. Support BF Controller in consolidating financial analysis, including but not limited to full P&L reporting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, operational budget planning, and capital expenditure planning, globally. Act as interface to local/global stakeholders (Controlling, Finance Operations, Site Directors) and provide reliable and insightful financial analysis and advice to all Business Partners outside of standard reporting in a timely manner. Support in steering supply chain by identifying unexpected developments/changes in assumptions - act as strong business partner during the evaluation of projects/ideas.

This role is an individual contributor role and will report to Busines Field Controlling, Planarization. This role will be based in Tempe, AZ.

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
  • 8-15 years corporate experience in a manufacturing industry is a MUST and operation controlling experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated financial & business acumen with strong tactical and analytics skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/CMA
  • A strong "can do" attitude, to reach objectives as an individual contributor and incollaboration with others
  • Resilient and able to work under time pressure while keeping deadlines & high accuracy.
  • Experience working in a global and matrix environment is a plus
