Business Data Analyst BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst - RemoteTitle: Business AnalystContract: 02+ Months with possible extension or permanentLocation: RemoteJob Description:

• Create & Curate Personas, Customer Journeys, Workflow diagrams, and other requirements documentation
• Create & Curate Agile Deliverables, (e.g., Epics, User Stories, Features, Backlog, etc.)
• Create & Curate SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Secondary: Manage and design the data environment, including data architecture, data models, and metadata.
• Secondary: Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Secondary: Provide data integrity analysis and quality assurance of data.
• Secondary: Using technical expertise to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data in data storage structures, including data cleansing, (manually using XLS source and MuleSoft automation).
• Desired: Create & Curate User Guides
• Desired: Experience creating training content
• Desired: Experience delivering training to business end-use
• Desired: Business acumen in Sales & Marketing function, including Sales Ops
• Desired: Experience in Enterprise Architecture *EA) capability, (certification not needed ... has worked in or with EA in the past).
