We are actively hiring for a Business Process Consultant to join our Mobilitas team!

We're looking for motivated, innovative individuals who think big, move fast and are dedicated to creating a company from the ground up, without the constraints of a traditional insurance company. We're excited to push the boundaries of commercial insurance and are looking for enthusiastic team members to help us reimagine insurance.

You have extensive industry experience with applied analysis, research and improvement tools and methods in multiple and varied areas of business operations. Uses advanced business analysis and improvement methods, tools and techniques to handle large projects and provide consulting to address large scale/highly complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of business, resources and people factors. Has expertise in business case development.

You will collaborate with business leaders to achieve enterprise objectives and core business initiative performance targets. Recognized by peers and clients for excellence in business consultancy. Provides consulting leadership to the planning, design, redesign and implementation of new business models.

Essential responsibilities

  • Works with various business leaders and clients to understand required capabilities to achieve vision and to define programs and projects which will deliver the required capabilities. Partners with the business to prioritize a portfolio of projects which will achieve business strategies and imperatives

  • Conducts high level reviews of project charters and work plans, confirming appropriateness of project approach and that cross-functional work streams have been included to facilitate success in the delivery of project/program

  • Leads the integration analysis of project/program efforts to identify and address interdependencies of functionality, schedule and high level change management issues. Facilitates understanding and management of cross-project dependencies; maintains dependency maps for project portfolio.

  • Identifies portfolio risks and issues to determine and implement corrective action to mitigate risks and potential impacts to the enterprise.

  • Recommends improvements on project delivery and business analysis processes and execution

What would make us excited about you

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10+ years of consulting or related experience, including multi-year experience consulting on improving and optimizing business operations and processes and substantial interaction with senior executives

  • 10+ years of program/project management experience

  • Expert analytical, planning, problem solving and solution design skills

  • Ability to discern between best theoretical solutions and best realistic solutions

  • Ability to provide direction and perform responsibilities via influence (as opposed to line management authority)


Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in related area

  • Previous experience in a management consulting firm

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $142,300-177,900 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay.
