Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Process/Systems Analyst - II

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

•Two or more years of work experience

•Creating results presentations for senior management that provide key business insights.

•Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations.

•Experience with SQL (preferably Teradata) and Tableau.

•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

•Digital transformation experience.

•Adobe Analytics experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

•Project management skills

•JIRA experience

•Google G-Suit experience

•Knowledge of digital customer journey

•Experience with analyzing, planning, and running strategies to drive growth and adoption.

•Experience with statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, forecasting/predicting analytics.

•Experience in identifying new/existing customer/business requirements/use cases; formulate and implement solutions working with partners for rapid prototyping.

JOB DUTIES:

•You will be responsible for analyzing flows on our digital portal used by our business customers to identify trends in fallout, identify anomalies for proactive engagement, work on executive escalations (on need basis), and perform root cause analysis.

•Working across the company, you will use your analytical expertise to identify areas of opportunity with the goal of improving the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better.

•In addition, you understand the importance of analyzing data and needs of the business. You will be responsible for helping senior management drive strategy execution by identifying impactful strategies for growth and usage to our digital portal.

•You will partner with various internal teams to understand what they need to know, then you will be responsible for analyzing the data, working with partners to create effective registration growth strategies, running pilots across business segments, and measuring success.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a business-related field
