Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) is looking for a Leader in their Information Technology Corporate Finance, Tax & Treasury Systems to manage, operate and enhance our Corporate Finance, Tax & Treasury systems applications and roadmap. This individual will work closely with Finance business partners to gain a deep understanding of the financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions. This role, in collaboration with our business partners will define short, medium, and long-term plans of business area needs (including related priorities and budgets) and lead their ICT team through the required ICT processes to deploy solutions that meet the objectives. The individual must have a proven ability to lead significant projects, deliver high-quality Finance systems, and work with the teams to design an incremental application modernization approach.

This is a leadership position which reports to the Senior Manager - Corporate Functions - Information & Communication Technology. This position has high visibility and requires high collaboration with many other Sr. Leaders within the organization.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the ICT Corporate Finance, Tax, and Treasury Systems vertical, providing guidance, management, and direction for a team of capable managers across a varying stack of technologies
  • Act as vendor manager for Finance systems, software, and support
  • Define, execute, and lead the business solution strategy supporting Stellantis's functional business areas, both from a technology and a business standard standpoint
  • Collaborate primarily with North American business leaders to define IT project and program portfolios, annual plans and work with internal IT colleagues to execute projects and enhancements
  • Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives -- develop and gain support for IT roadmaps
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with IT and business leaders to ensure IT plans and development efforts are well aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with IT peers in the definition, development, and maintenance of IT strategic and operational plans that support business objectives
  • Maintain expert knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and IT systems to better communicate technology capabilities and support solutions development
  • Oversee the communication, development, and management of the IT Service and Parts project portfolio
  • Align with IT colleagues to ensure regular communication with them on projects, issues, and priorities of the business
  • Engage regularly with IT and Business leadership to communicate evolving business needs and identify trends that influence the IT project portfolio and strategic roadmaps
  • Negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure ongoing alignment of IT strategy and capabilities with business needs and goals
  • Coordinate global synergy discussions and alignment on application and platform enhancements
  • Support systems validation/testing to SOX compliance
  • Integrate information from business and technology processes, security, and compliance audits, and investigations into risk management strategy
  • Oversee internal and external reviews, audits, inspections, and investigations related to Finance systems
  • Provide consultation/expertise on complex projects and other IT activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
