ECS is seeking a Call Center Representative to work in our Gettysburg, PA office.
Job Description:
- Respond to telephone inquiries using all methods of response: using prepared scripts and consumer guides.
- In-take consumer complaints and data enter into the respective system for assignment and processing by government employees.
- The ability to prepare written documents using correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
- The ability to use personal computers and Microsoft computer software applications
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- The Ability to interpret and apply applicable rules, policies and procedures.
