Support Services for Veterans Families (SSVF)

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full Time

Day-To-Day

• Provides advocacy in obtaining community services
• Develops and carry out individualized housing support plans
• Provides active, intensive, comprehensive case management services, which include accompanying clients to referral sources if necessary
• Assess/Reassess individuals and family needs as circumstances change
• Maintains client case records in compliance with licensing and agency regulations
• Assists clients in receiving needed benefits and services within the community

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Human Services or related field
  
• 1 year experience working with people who are homeless, veterans and/or disabled
• Any combination of 1 years health/social services experience and/or education
  
• Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to be insured.
