The Cash Application Associate reports to the Supervisor of Cash Application, and is located in Lewisville, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cash Application Associate processes all incoming payments from various sources in an accurate and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High volume data entry in multiple ERPs
• Accurately apply all incoming payments to customer accounts from various sources including checks, credit cards, daily cash, wire transfers
• Identify and communicate discrepancies in payments received with department credit associates
• Complete analysis and reconciliation to ensure payments are posted timely and accurately
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
• Must be able to excel in both a team environment and work independently
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Possess integrity and ethical character
• Must be able to work overtime when applicable

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma
• 1+ years' experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
