DraftKings is growing rapidly and is seeking a resourceful Casino Games QA Associate. This role will be responsible for the quality assurance of in-house casino game content with a focus on testing games throughout the game creation process and identifying bugs, errors, and omissions. You will also be responsible for continuously seeking to optimize the quality assurance processes of the Games Team, ensure customer feedback surrounding games can be incorporated into future product releases, and will closely work with a variety of teams and stakeholders to make this happen. What you'll do as a Casino Games QA Associate:

• Ensure that casino game content is built to specification during all stages of the game building process.
  
• Write game testing plans for utilization by other teams.
  
• Identify and document game bugs.
  
• Improve customer feedback related to gameplay for the casino team.
  
• Work cross-functionally with various teams including but not limited to Customer Experience, Analytics, and Product teams.
  
• Test game builds at all stages of development and troubleshoot applications on various devices.
  
• Translate land-based casino games into digital environments while ensuring the essence of casino play isn't lost in translation.
  
• Collaborate with Production and Development teams to deliver a completed final product.
  
• Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.
  

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, you have 1 year of online gaming or relevant casino game experience.
  
• You have strong attention to detail and the ability to think analytically.
  
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Extensive knowledge of casino games and gameplay.
  
• You have a strong passion for casino games.
  
• Ability to work as an independent part of a collaborative team.
  
• A proven track record of completing projects on time.
  
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple departments.
  
• You are extremely proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
