The Sr Software Engineer is responsible for full lifecycle software application development including design, implementation and quality assurance testing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications
Design, code and debug applications in Visual Studio using C# .NET (WPF/ASP.NET) as well as knowledge of other coding langauges.
Design front end user interface design
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Mentor junior members of the team, provide technical support to project team members, lead technical project teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations for all technical project including level of effort, timelines and maintenance training for support staff.
Support, maintain and document software functionality
Implement localization or globalization of software
Support and/or installation of software applications/operating systems
Responsible for the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software
Weekends: Due to the nature of our sport and event schedule, some weekend work will be required
Travel: 5% including weekends
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school and eight to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
