Overview
Cimpl's Meats, LLC., an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for a Truck Driver at our Yankton, SD plant.

As our Truck Driver, you will:

• Operate trucks to move semi-trailer in and out of gut room for loading.
• Operate dump trucks to remove manure products from the plant and haul to designated areas.
• Operate pay loader and skid loader to facilitate loading of trucks.
• Check and record fluid levels of trucks, pay loaders, and tractors.
• Operate tractor and disc to incorporate manure products hauled to fields.
• Log all manure loads hauled.
• NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must have a tanker endorsement.
• Must have a valid Health Card.
• Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime. Must be able to work overtime as required. Start times and hours may vary based on production needs.
• Must be able to successfully complete training:
  • Safety.
  • Safe Quality Food (SOF).
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Food defense.
  • Forklift.
  • Skid Loader.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a USDA inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility.
• Work history in the last 12 months.
