The Change Management and Internal Communications Manager is responsible for the development, execution and analysis of internal initiatives and communication materials that support and cultivate employee engagement efforts for CNH Industrial Capital.

This position is eligible for HYBRID work model from our Racine, WI office.


Internal Communications

  • Lead in-person and virtual employee meetings, including supplying content ideas, creating presentation materials for optimum efficiency and coordinating meeting details and execution
  • Write, edit and distribute employee messaging for multiple channels, including an internal newsletter, internal social platforms and articles for the companywide Intranet
  • Propose and implement engagement initiatives to support ongoing employee activities, including internal events, employee groups and other
  • Provide insight to executive communications and talking points
  • Be responsible for Capital brand merchandise materials
  • Provide editorial and creative support to internal functions and businesses for their specific communications needs
  • Provide support and ideas with respect to marketing strategy and campaigns in support of the CNH Industrial brands
  • Manage the internal communications budget
  • Provide analysis of engagement activities and suggest adjustments/improvements accordingly
  • Ability to work alongside leadership and team members within CNH Industrial Capital

Change Management

  • In partnership with partners in the business areas, advance the change proficiencies of the company
  • Assure the identification of potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns for project and change
  • Actively and visibly educate, influence, align, and mentor initiative leaders, frontline leaders, and project leaders to drive effective change, handle resistance, and optimize the success of the project
  • Partner with business sponsors, business teams, IT, HR and other key personnel in the formulation of change management plans and activities to support project implementation
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organization skills; ability to run multiple projects and deliver on deadline and on budget
  • The ability to work independently and manage contract relationships

Annual Salary for this position is $83,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonus payout based on results. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience, and qualifications for the role


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • 5+ years experience of corporate communications, public relations, and/or change management planning

Preferred:

  • Coordinating special events, including prioritizing and communicating details
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint design; knowledge of photo editing/basic design concepts
  • Experience with the development of thought leadership campaigns and change management initiatives
