Additional Job Description

Core Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) the following:
  • Support Change Manager in the ownership and execution of change management plans for multiple change initiatives
  • Support the revision and/or development of change management tools and playbook
  • Support the development of and provide input into project plans related to communication tasks and milestones (e.g. Stakeholder and Impact Assessment mapping and communication plan)
  • Recommend communication strategies and channels to effectively communicate with impacted audiences based on their needs
  • Develop communication material to support stakeholder awareness, buy in and commitment to changes
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare client-ready products that meet both business standards and needs
  • Review, research, summarize and synthesize complex information from multiple sources to create clear, compelling and easy to understand messages and materials.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to understand the extent of changes and how changes will impact the intended audience
  • Develop executive level presentations to effectively communicate vision, business problems, impact on the organization, expectations, timing, etc.
  • Develop talking points for leaders to effectively influence across the organization where additional support is needed (e.g. PowerPoints, FAQs, talking points, etc.)
  • Develop visual illustrations to summarize complex business problems and the approach to implementing long-term sustainable solutions
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of delivering communication materials to intended audiences to project timelines
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies & material and demonstrate agility by adjusting future communication approaches when needed

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience creating and executing creative communication plans and strategies
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced setting and manage assignments with tight deadlines from multiple sources
  • Project planning experience
  • Ability to anticipate risks and barriers to effective communication and delivery dates
  • Agility mindset - learns quickly when facing new problems. Is a relentless and versatile learner, open to change andambiguity
  • Expert level skill in graphic design (PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Executive communication background
  • Creative thinker with ability to tell a compelling story and create visual communications
  • Understand and able to develop change management strategies & techniques
  • Awareness/understanding of Human Resource management
  • Ability to summarize and synthesize complex information
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to details; strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Professional Writing, orTechnical Writing or equivalent experience
