Job Description

  • Sample preparation, distribution, and data collection for forced degradation studies
  • Perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, which may include peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping, or other routine methods.
  • Conductanalysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department;
  • Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualification
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration with 3 years industry experience, ORRelevant Masters with 1 year industry experience, ORPhD.experience is required.
  • Basic understanding of Chemistry of amino acids and protein structure
  • Knowledge of LC and LC/MS
  • Operate automation equipment using established protocol
  • Ability to perform minimal instrument maintenance
  • Must be highly organized and meticulous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks in a GXP compliant manner and write technical memos.

This position is Full-Time,Monday - Friday, 8a.m. - 5:00p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance ofMalvern, PAare encouraged to apply.
