You will partner with the executive leader on the short-term and long-term goals of the organization while ensuring operational discipline by maximizing the allocation of resources to meet required results. You will help bring positive, progressive change to the global finance organization by serving as an advisor and thought partner to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will also represent the CFO in internal and external settings and assist in decision-making to ensure the department is executing in the leanest and efficient way. In addition, you'll lead organizational oversight activities, including strategic resource allocation, staffing, expense management, and investment decisions. Act as a proxy in strategic decision-making for the executive leader, where appropriate. Lead strategic projects, as identified by the executive leader, and facilitate strategic planning discussions. Coordinate all CFO communications, including defining the audience, channels, and content and coordinating CFO leadership meetings, office hours, and all-hands meetings. Identify opportunities and threats inherent in the department and create and implement mitigation plans with the executive leader. You will work cross-functionally with other chiefs of staff on ET initiatives. Serve as a business planning partner for the CFO organization, including managing WU Way Next Generation (WWNG) targets. Provide support to the leadership team and the CFO organization to advise and engage the organization on organizational priorities, including facilitation of strategies to improve engagement scores. Lead and participate in crucial cross-functional projects and initiatives as needs arise. Act as Risk Champion for the CFO organization, partnering with the Enterprise Risk Management Team in coordinating risk management processes across CFO.

You will need to have a minimum of ten years of experience in financial services for such a critical role. You will need to be degree educated or equivalent experience. Have the ability to interact, share perspectives, and influence C-level executives. Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make and communicate strategic decisions quickly and effectively. Be a strong leader, team player, and team builder who is strategic and practical-track record of taking the initiative and successfully deliver complex programs and projects. Experience delivering business strategy and financial discipline in a cross-functional, collaborative working environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and work on confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The base compensation range is $160,000-$205,000. In addition, this role will be eligible for a 20% bonus and 20% equity incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
