We are a rapidly growing diverse Commercial and Industrial Construction company in the McPherson area. We focus on multiple markets including heavy industrial, oil & gas, commercial, municipal utilities, and landscape maintenance and irrigation. We are looking for our next Concrete Foreman.
What You Will Be Doing - Oversee civil, concrete, utility, and earthwork projects
- Manage a team, equipment, and resources for multiple ongoing projects
- Track labor crew hours, equipment, associated costs, and invoices
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years Concrete Foreman experience
- Experience with excavation, flat and vertical work, forming systems, concrete placement and finishing
- Ability to manage crews of 5-25 effectively
- Civil/Industrial Experience
- Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish (plus)
