Your new company
Well established GC providing full site development and infrastructure contracting services throughout Florida and Georgia. With a complete site contracting team, including a full staff of experienced and knowledgeable project managers, an in-house safety department, our own equipment fleet and maintenance staff, the client self-performs its own work, ensuring that it is done right and on time.

Your new role
You role as a Civil PM, you will use your prior project experience to help maintain the project sites and equipment day to do. You will also be responsible for tracking man hours and maintaining schedules. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the project.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful in this role you possess a minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in the civil construction industry
• You will come from a heavy civil background and have experience on working on total site development projects including excavation, earthworks, utilities, etc.
• You will also possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead on any given project or task.
