Primary responsibilities include handling and processing claims requests. Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness are requirements for this position. The candidate should have strong claims knowledge as well as a strong knowledge of the Claims adjudication application. Research, gather and analyze customer information via multiple channels to ensure customer satisfaction; performs all transactions in compliance with the Company guidelines and insurance regulations while meeting the needs of the customer. Analyzes and researches routine Claims situations, offers alternatives, handles internal processes and takes ownership of Claim to obtain satisfactory resolution. Also requires interaction with customers via Telephone.
