Position Overview: This role supports Kraft Heinz, one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, and has on-site requirements at the client office 2-3 days per week in Chicago, IL.

You will be responsible for working with our client as a valued business partner. Key responsibilities include providing value-added insights and thought leadership, to help frame brand and marketing strategy. Use your energy and motivation to evaluate research data, find key points, and recommend action steps to directly impact the bottom line for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking it into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action
  • Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity
  • Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate, and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion
  • Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the client's needs are met
This role has the opportunity to lead, develop, and manage 1-2 direct reports.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, or category management required
  • Experience with syndicated tools (Circana/IRI/Nielsen etc.) utilizing point-of-sale (POS) and Consumer Panel data is required
  • Marketing experience with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000 to $110,000.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
