Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a well-respected financial services firm in Chicago in hiring a Client Relationship Associate to start immediately! Our client is a leader in their industry and offers excellent benefits along with room for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Compile information and prepare account paperwork for new and existing clients
• Maintain and update information in CRM database according to firm standards
• Prepare meeting and quarterly client reports
• Assist clients with annual IRA distributions, provide tax information, facilitate gifting, and satisfy money movement requests (wires, checks, transfers)
• Provide administrative support to portfolio managers as needed
• Build relationships with clients and maintain proactive communication
• Monitor manager calendar, travel arrangements, and schedule client meetings
• Attend client meetings at the manager's request

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience along with financial services experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
