Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will maintain current client base using established client service techniques/processes to retain market share.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Retain client business through site visits, problem solving, and acting as a liaison to laboratory management and operations.
  • Assess needs by using accepted client service processes to maintain customer satisfaction and grow sales.
  • Manage customer/supplier relationship functions through reports and evaluation.
  • Generate additional business through site visits and consultation with clients to increase market share of existing products and services.
  • Supports the Sales Team and the Sales/Marketing Director in providing timely, professional and courteous service.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Business-related BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years in client services/customer service; laboratory or medical billing preferred. Must demonstrate and ability to work as part of team with good problem resolution skills and flexibility. Also, must have good phone skills.

Licensure, Registration, Certification

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and must be able to meet insurance company requirements.

Physical Requirements

Work requires the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and frequent speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, and walking. Lifting or performing other work requiring light physical exertion (up to 30 pounds) is intermittent.

Environmental Conditions

Work is performed under basically normal working conditions as in a standard office environment.
