The Clinical Supervisor will report to the Director of Co-Occurring Services. The Clinical Supervisor position will operate across behavioral health and addiction programs at the VOAC Core Service Agency and the Medical Respite program. This position reports to the Director of Co-Occurring Services. The position potentially entails (though will not encompass all) a variety of different roles including:
Clinical Supervision: The Clinical Supervisor will work with the Director of Co-Occurring Services to provide individual and group therapy/counseling services across the BH and SUD continuum to a caseload of mentally ill and/or dual disorder adults and to supervise as assigned a team of BH CSW's.
Intake/Assessment/Diagnosis: Providing both direct intake services to new enrollees of the Hope Center and to provide supervision of appropriate staff to the Intake/Assessment/Diagnosis function of the CSA.
Assessment and Referral: As part of the SUD clinical team, participate in providing AR services to District residents who come to the Hope Center for assessment, referral and intake to SUD services throughout the District.
**Health Home Liaison: Providing support to the Health Home Nurse Care Managers by supervising CSW activities-outreach, engagement, support-to Health Home consumers enrolled at The Hope Center.
