Job Summary:
The Boston Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Clinician oversees the implementation of clinical services and interventions at the CCS, as well as person centered treatment and disposition planning for clients on the unit. The CCS Clinician carries a small caseload and provides direct clinical interventions with clients. The Clinician in conjunction with the treatment team, will conduct comprehensive assessment, brief crisis intervention, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, pay differential offered for candidates with fluency in certain essential languages.
