**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Family Resource Center program with the following:

The Family Resource Center Clinician works as part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing clinical and supportive community based services to families in the Ware area. As the FRC Clinician, you will perform clinical assessments that are trauma-informed and which address risk factors and are based on the systemic issues facing individuals and families, and will work collaboratively with the family partner, school liaison, and the family to develop a family support plan that addresses barriers to success. You will also deliver group interventions for youth and their families and provide clinical training and consultation to the FRC team members.

What are we looking for in a Clinician?
  • 5 years experience working with children and families (preferred)
  • Experience conducting family assessments
  • Massachusetts Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Certification (preferred)
  • Good organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural skills are preferred
