Medical Collections/ CSR opportunity in Agoura Hills - 100% Onsite
Pay: $18.00- $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
• Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Review accounts assigned to determine next course of action required for resolution.
• Establish and maintain payment arrangements.
• Use appropriate action codes to update credit reporting status.
• Collecting debts assigned while complying with fdcpa, HIPAA and other legal and company requirements provided during training
• Work on accounts in accordance with defined company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively and be able to work with a range of personalities
• Ability to keep composure and follow communication procedures
• Effectively collect debt within allowed time frame while remaining sensitive to debtors circumstances.
