We are actively hiring for a Commercial Analytics Manager to join our Mobilitas team!

Essential responsibilities
Develops goals and objectives and establishes timetable for deliverables
Directs the evaluation of performance measurements and report findings and makes recommendations for changes to Insurance Product Management (IPO) upper management
Makes financial and analytical presentations to senior management and executives
Approves analysis and write-ups prior to release
Accountable for overall management of the Insurance Analysis business unit
Essential Functions/Principal Responsibilities
This position leads the insurance analyst team to develop and deliver decision-making information to executive management
Hires, motivates and mentors staff. Handles human resources, budget and administrative issues and duties
Provides consultation in many areas including product management, rate-making, forecasting and modeling
Reviews performance metrics to determine the types of analysis needed and assigns resources and priorities accordingly
Coordinates analysis efforts with other areas in the enterprise
What would make us excited about you
Required:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years Insurance, Actuarial, Product Management, Programming, Data Reporting and Analysis or related business experience
Typically 5+ years Managing staff or supervisory experience
Master-level analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to review and direct analysis
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Skillful delivery of formal presentations and meetings
Organizational and planning skills
Role-model abilities to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to staff
Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and regulations
Master-level knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and various structured analysis and design techniques
Preferred:
MBA/Master's degree in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field and CPCU designation

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $142,300-177,900 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 18% of eligible pay.
