We are one of the largest restoration construction company that has continued to grow successfully over the years. We specialize in rebuilding residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Due to our company growth we are looking to bring on a Project Manager that has restoration experience.

What You Will Be Doing This is a Project Manager position. You will be doing the following and more:

Build relationships with project stakeholders and demonstrate project management expertise
Complete all contracted work to the highest standards
Manage project team and subcontractors, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity
Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction, high-quality workmanship, and compliance with regulations
What You Need for this Position -5+ years of experience with large commercial, government, or university projects totaling $5M+
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10+ years of construction project management experience
-Expertise in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration
-Strong communication, business ethics, autonomy, and computer skills
What's In It for You -Base salary 95-110K
