Our client, an extremely dynamic executive search firm, is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join and manage their Total Rewards team. This is the ideal role for an experience compensation and benefits professional who is eager to utilize their knowledge to make a big impact!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree required in an HR or business-related field of study
  • 4+ years of experience in human resources, including a strong focus on compensation and benefits
  • Incredible problem solving and strategic planning ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while still finding individual success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Paylocity highly preferred

Day to Day:

  • Research effective and reasonable benefits programs within the market that provide employees with lucrative and competitive compensation packages while maintaining cost effectiveness for the company as a whole
  • Design and implement the Total Rewards program for the company including compensation packages, benefit and retirement plans, and time off for employees
  • Act as the main point of contact between managers, employees, brokers, and 3rd party vendors to maintain professional communication about the company's total rewards
  • Stay abreast of federal and state regulations regarding compensation and benefits to maintain compliance
  • Oversee and manage open enrollment process company-wide
