Our client, an international non-profit, is seeking a temporary Compensation & Benefits Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!

About You:

• 10+ years of HR/Benefits/Compensation experience; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• International non-profit experience is highly preferred.
• Possess an understanding of tax implications for domestic vs. international employees.
• Experience with HRIS (Costpoint, Deltek, and/or Cognos strongly preferred).
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (3 days/week) at the Washington, DC location.

The Job:

• Assist with administering benefits for domestic and international employees.
• Handle new hire benefits orientation.
• Work with payroll on specific payroll updates (FMLA, etc.).
• Respond to all staff inquiries regarding benefits (i.e., inquiries regarding compensation).
• Complete additional tasks as required.

This is a temporary position that pays between $33/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience.
