SUMMARY:
The Compensation Specialist is responsible for the administration of the University's compensation programs for faculty and staff employees, including job evaluation, FLSA determination, maintenance of the job description database, and the annual merit increase process. Plans, develops and implements new programs and initiatives to maintain compensation competitiveness.
