JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidance of Compliance Department leadership, the Compliance Business Analyst will aid in the development and guidance of enterprise-wide compliance driven IT projects. As a compliance champion, this analyst will function as a liaison between the compliance department, the project management office, IT and other business disciplines to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements using standard processes and templates, and translate into functional design and use case documents. The analyst will participate and provide guidance in the development of technical design, test plans, and user documentation, consulting internal business groups on requirements, functional architecture and implementation. The analyst will also manage the scope and change throughout the life of the project utilizing formal requirements management principles, including change control and requirements traceability. This position is eligible to be remote.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
• Creates and coordinates project plans in conjunction with project management office
• Works with stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages
• Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis
• Identifies and manages risks and issues
• Analyzes pre and post implementation results
• Expected benefits and actual results

Reporting and Metrics
• Status reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concerns
• Creates and publishes dashboards
• Performs ad-hoc reporting

Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design
• Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders
• Works with the SA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
• May develop and perform user acceptance testing
• May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed

Stakeholder Management
• Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
• Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
• Escalates to resolve complex stakeholder issues
