Construction Scheduler

Construction company in Charlotte is looking for a Scheduler. Temp to perm. Regular business hours. Pay: $18-20/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling construction jobs with home owners, subcontractors, and more
• Ensuring field work is completed correctly and efficiently
• Dispatching
• Updating information into various databases

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Construction Scheduling or Construction Admin experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organization and attention to detail
