Today, all of our new projects are focused on Type III and Type IV mass timber construction. What You Will Be Doing - Become familiar with the projects plans, specifications, and master schedule
- Prepare for and lead weekly foremans meetings
- Site safety / Logistics
- Lookahead schedule
- Coordinate and oversee onsite construction
- Coordinate public utilities
- Coordinate inspections and consultant observations
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
- Maintain daily field reports
- Attend and participate in weekly OAC and staff meetings
What You Need for this Position - Must have completed a minimum of two 50,000sf+ projects as superintendent
- Must have multifamily and or hotel construction experience
- Proficient with MS Project, Word, and Excel
- Procore / Bluebeam experience (is a plus)
- Type III or Type IV construction experience (is a plus)
- First aid and CPR Cert (is a plus)
- LEED credentials and or accredited (is a plus)
- Certified to operate telehandler (is a plus)
What's In It for You - Competitive Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
