Requirements

- BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Cloud, Enterprise, Web. and/or Mobile application development experience required
- Software Development Management and/or Professional Services experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with engagement management - ownership of a portfolio of clients or projects, understanding a client's long-term objectives and aligning appropriate resources to achieve them
- Experience coordinating with and/or managing offshore software development teams required
- Data analysis experience required, SQL experience preferred
- Experience with Agile development methodologies required, Scrum Certification(s)preferred
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Role
- Manage multiple medium to large size custom software development projects with minimal direction from senior leadership
- Develop subject matter expertise in functional domain of client projects
- Guide clients in definition of enterprise-grade software solutions
- Lead teams through Agile software development processes, producing deliverables such as epics, user stories, retrospectives, status reports, test plans, test results, etc.
- Structure, manage, and ensure the timeliness and quality of work product of the team
- Proactively manage risk, resources, and budget
- Own our client's methodology, espouse it to our team, and advance the methodology to meet changing needs of clients and partners
- Provide effective status to clients and our client's leadership
- Continually enhance skill set and stay current with software and software development trends and technologies
- Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships
- Mentor project team members
- Assist with business development tasks as directed
- Work independently and with teams, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguously defined project environment
