Our client, a commercial property management company, is actively seeking a contract Guest Services Coordinator to join their team! This role plays an integral role in interfacing with tenants and clients on a day to day basis. A positive attitude is a must!

About You:

• An Associates Degree or higher highly preferred for this position
• 1+ year of customer service experience (hospitality experience encouraged!)
• Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strategic and quick problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve issues independently
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail

The Job:

• Manage front desk operations and serve as first point of contact for tenants and clients
• Organize meetings, coordinate schedules and oversee conference room schedule
• Liaise with vendors, including catering services, and assist in event set up and break down
• Answer incoming calls, answer questions, and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Assist with updating the company website to market upcoming events and detail relevant information

This contract position is set to last at least two months with the opportunity of extension. This position pays up to $17/hour depending on experience.
