Our client, a client services office in Bala Cynwyd, is seeking a contract Operations Coordinator to help manage their day to day office operations. This role plays an integral part of ensuring efficiency across different departments and making business runs smoothly. The ability to multi-task is an absolute must!

About You:

  • Associates degree highly preferred for this role
  • 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
  • Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly across different business units
  • Prior experience handling highly-sensitive information with discretion
  • Tech-savvy with experience learning new systems and databases quickly

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the office including file management, record keeping and receptionist responsibilities when needed
  • Work closely with external vendors and manage all associated details, documentation and paperwork
  • Utilize the database to record sensitive client information and ensure all information is accurate
  • Assist with additional administrative duties including coordinating and planning events and meetings, managing multiple calendars, and correspondence with internal and external contacts
