Our client, a reputable hospital in Philadelphia, is seeking a Senior Registration Representative to join their team in Philadelphia! The ideal individual will be incredibly detail oriented and familiar with insurance verification and billing.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience working in insurance verification is required
• Associates degree is required
• Experience in insurance verification
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Siemens Invision Registration System and HDX Eligibility Verification Module

Day to Day:

• Accurately identity, verify, and document insurance coverage
• Complete complex pre-registration and/or re-registration requests
• Confirm billing requirements and pre-certification/authorization from all necessary parties
• Answer incoming inquiries regarding insurance and billing
• Accurately enter and update patient information as needed
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and any other parties as needed

This three-month contract position is offering up to $24/hour depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong healthcare background looking to further develop their experience with an incredibly well-known organization!
