Located in Jonesburg, MO we are a family owned broadband construction, engineering and overhead/underground utility company looking for a Controller to join the team!
What You Will Be Doing In this role you will report directly to the CFO, maintain general ledger, reconcile month end account balances, prepare month end close procedures, participate in forecasting and annual budget- setting processes and prepare and file quarterly sales/use tax return. You will oversee a team of 6 Accountants.
What You Need for this Position - At least 3 years of industry experience and 3 years in a supervisor role
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Construction industry experience desired
- CPA preferred
- Experience with Vista/Viewpoint or other construction based ERP preferred
