Cleans food service working area as assigned according to posted work/cleaning schedulesandmaintainsaneat,cleanworkenvironment.
Responsiblefor opening kitchen in the morning and securing/locking the kitchen mcompliancetoclosing proceduresoftheDiningServices.
Reports to executivechef incompletework assignment of staff as well as conflict whichmaywarrantdisciplinaryactionsofemployees.
Followsallsafety,security,infectioncontrol (includingCategoryIUniversalPrecautions)andhazardousmaterialspoliciesandprocedures;performsalltaskstoassure resident and personal safety and the protection ofco-workersand (facility)property.
