Overview

Prepares food and product based on recipe instructions and standards for location to provide guest with a quality, appetizing, and timely meal.

Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
  • Enthusiastic with good communication skills.
  • Able to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Team oriented.
Responsibilities

  • Cooks/fries, prepares, and handles food and product using basic cooking principles and procedures according to recipe standards.
  • Stocks and maintains proper inventory levels of all food products, utensils, dishware and equipment.
  • Cuts, dices, mixes, weighs, and prepares food product.
  • Cooks the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
  • Operates large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fat fryers, or griddles.
  • Ensures all State and Federal requirements for the preparation, handling and storage of food items are adhered to at all times.
