The next Coordinator of Student Involvement and Belonging will report to the Director of Student Engagement and will be responsible for collaborative student programming with our programming board, CEAT (Campus Engagement and Activity Team), and other clubs and organizations. Fostering a sense of campus connectedness and community through spirit initiatives, enhancing campus traditions, and regular partnerships with Athletics, the Coordinator will serve as a member of the Engagement team that works collaboratively with other Student Life departments and offices around campus to develop and implement new engagement ideas.
This is a 12-month position, using the summer months to develop new programs and assist with new student orientations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A master's degree in a related field is preferred, although consideration will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree and experience with student programming. While not an exhaustive list, candidates for the position must have at least 1-2 years of demonstrated success in working to assess community needs, plan, and complete student programs that build community and develop a sense of belonging for students. The ability to supervise student employees, coach them to grow as leaders, mentor them in interpersonal communications to work collaboratively with others, and make thoughtful decisions is important. While this person is expected to work in a high-functioning team, being autonomous to keep programming going is highly valued.

Pay is competitive, and salary is commensurate with experience. This full-time position offers a full benefits package, including paid tuition at the College for eligible dependents.
