An Entertainment Company is seeking a Copywriter in Orlando, FL.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative storyteller to write clever copy that delivers against our brand and product strategies across print and digital channels. Responsible for writing based on the established Brand voice for our company. In this role you will be a cross-functional partner to the In-Store Marketing, Ecommerce marketing, Merchandising, Photography and Design teams. This position will have some creative freedom and some self-directed responsibilities, but you must be open to guidance, and absorbing new information and working on a team.

First month on project candidate must work PST hours, after the month they can work EST/MST.

• Deliver targeted, creative copy that is aligned with marketing and business objectives in a constant deadline-driven environment
• Adapt to a variety of Disney brand "voices" based on our franchises, style guide requirements and guidelines

Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years Ecommerce and/or marketing copywriting experience
• Knowledge of the Parks, the attractions, and its history.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of how to address target audience, fan based on product/affinity.
• Experience in the retail industry; background in fashion, accessories and/or toy industries required
• Experienced with writing product copy, both hardlines and softlines
• Strong creative writing and copy-editing skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly with "Disney style".
• Self-Motivated, able to manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Accurate proof reader and editor
• knowledge of SEO and Mobile first approach to copy writing style
