Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Counselor-Case Manager at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support BHN with the following:

  • Working with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served.
  • Collaborating with individuals served to identify problems utilizing assessment information and develop individualized service plan (IAP).
  • Adapting treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served.
  • Incorporating dual diagnosis, methadone-related issues, housing needs, family support issues and other factors in to daily support and psycho educational groups.
  • Documenting plan of care according to established expectations.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.

BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.

This new BHN program serves women who have been designated for substance use disorder treatment via the legal system. The program offers acute treatment (ATS) and crisis stabilization (CSS) services.

What are we looking for in a Counselor-Case Manager?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • At least one year of experience in a substance use disorder field (required).
  • Credentialed as CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II (preferred).
  • Experience in group facilitation, IAP development, and treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing (required).
