Job Description:

The CRM techno-functional Analyst plays a critical role in mapping processes to the CRM Application and analyzing to extend the native capabilities of the CRM platform to meet Greif's business requirements, for both new implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role will be responsible to learn our Sugar CRM solution running today, work with business users to design, develop and implement the functionality beyond the scope of SugarCRM's off-the-shelf features, including integrations with other systems.

The CRM Analyst will also be responsible to learn and use other built-in administrative tools and work hand-in hand with Product owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand, learn and support Sugar CRM users as an ongoing basis including integrations with other systems
  • Analyze, map the process and participate in the configuration and building of enhancements
  • Understand and support CRM integrations with other systems - ERP, CPQ and Quality
  • Collaborate, analyze to diagnose failing solutions working with 3rd party experts
  • Admin tasks such as user setup, dashboards management and user support
  • Assist in Data management tasks in CRM and in CPQ
  • Create and maintain reports
  • Document and maintain the processes for future maintenance and enhancements.
  • Learn new enhancements with each quarterly upgrade cycle

Education and Experience
  • Previous CRM experience, ideally three or more years.
  • A bachelor's degree in technology or related field.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Customer satisfaction centric service approach
  • Curiosity to learn new things. Bring your CRM experience, expand your skills learning SugarCRM and related integrations with other systems like ERP and CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) tool.
  • Experience or exposure to Marketing automation tools and any pricing tool
  • Consultative mindset & flexible thinking. Discuss alternate approaches. Generously share your expertise with the team.Client-facing consulting experience.
  • Agile experience, working in sprints, kanban, scrumban, ticket prioritization, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
  • Experience planning releases and deploying both business and IT solutions.
  • Having some technical knowledge or awareness around REST APIs, flat files integration and PHP programing, Java /Groovy language would be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in working in IT projects.
