DraftKings is looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing team. As a CRM Associate, you will support daily operations of the marketing calendar for DraftKings across all products. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing communications adhere to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Sound good to you? Join us!
What you'll do as a CRM Associate:

  • Setup and manage the performance of multichannel marketing campaigns for our Daily Fantasy sports product.
  • Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and QA partners to incorporate user preferences, A/B tests, and channel enhancements into marketing plans.
  • Serve as the CRM operational lead during peak hours in the sports world (this role will be required to work nights/weekends and show a flexible schedule to respond to changing business needs).
  • Execute structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to maximize business impact and influence marketing roadmap.
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to deliver innovative, best-in-class creative concepts and designs.
  • Write emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and more aligned to our marketing standards and brand guidelines.
What you'll bring:
  • At least one year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce or gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define the next steps.
  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
  • Experience with A/B testing and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) HTML and other analytics tools.
  • Knowledgeable sports fan with polished copywriting and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.
  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
