What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Customer Experience Compliance who can do more for all Mohawk Flooring North America brands across residential, distributor and builder multifamily divisions by ensuring compliance requirements are communicated and executed to reduce customer charge backs.

This position works with employees from other departments including Financial Services, Sales, FP&A, Customer Service, Distribution Warehouse, Product, Sourcing, Development, Legal, etc.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain monthly compliance analyses for top customers, including Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, and Menards
  • Take action on various company reports, such as Dispute Management, VAS and Sales Order Detail.
  • Set-up and process compliance claims
  • Review and process specific EDI Documents including purchase orders, PO Change requests, invoices and advance shipping notices.
  • Provide detailed reports on current charge-backs to accountable teams and work with these teams to implement action plans for reduction
  • Prepare report in SAP & Power BI to ensure customer requirement set-up is accurate and properly executed
  • Analyze customer's Forecast, Fill Rate & On-Time performance; investigate issues, and provide solutions
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding VAS, shipments, new initiatives, and contractual allowances,
  • Collaborate with multiple UA Teams to ensure accurate Routing/VAS setup to eliminate charge backs

What you have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer two-year college degree with 3-5 years of related experience to include an Audit function, Customer Service, Claims, Credit or Logistics.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of applicable software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, MS Outlook.
  • Prefer previous experience with oversight and extensive knowledge of the EDI process.
