Job Description

• Timely reconciliation of customer claims and processing customer payments
• Responsible for researching, analyzing, root cause analysis and problem solving of customer deductions and trade spend claims
• Professional response to all inquiries via phone, e-mail, and mail or in person within a timely manner, per department standards and update internal files as appropriate
• Accurate and timely communication of Operator Programs to distributors
• Achieve Lamb Weston established KPI's for claims balances
• Work with multiple internal Lamb Weston departments (Sales, Business Development, Customer Operations and Credit) to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely
• Work with customer Accounts Payable personnel to secure necessary backup to process customer claims
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years accounts receivable, credit, and/or collections experience
• Intermediate to Advance level MS Office Skills-Excel is a must
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and draw appropriate conclusions
• Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and proactively take charge of accomplishing goals as well as ability to continually prioritize workload as needed
• Professional demeanor and strong motivation to meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and persistent follow-up skills
• Outgoing, friendly and approachable personality
• Limited travel
